CORP реализация права подписки на определенное количество вновь выпускаемых ценных бумаг (акций, облигаций) по оговоренной цене в течение определенного срока; в случае, если инвестор (обычно владелец ценных бумаг, зарегистрированный в реестре на определенную дату (см. record date) не использует своего права до указанной даты окончания подписки, он лишается этого права
